Tucked away in the foothills of the Appalachians, Dalton, the carpet capital of
the world, is just another town along Interstate 75 for thousands who pass this
way every day. However, if a few of those travelers are lucky, they may take a
few minutes during their journey and exit the interstate to experience a
hometown feeling not found in too many other places - Dalton, a mixture of
small town Southern charm and big city economy, offers a unique quality of
life. At dalton magazine, our goal is to capture a portrait of the good life in Dalton and northwest
Georgia on a canvas of a glossy full-color magazine. Many cities our size have
their own mangazine. Now it's our turn.
